The hotel was pretty great overall despite the negative reviews. The main lobby was very nice with water decorations and modern. The service was great and quick. Rigel from the front desk was very detailed and swift with the checkin. The rooms were big enough for two people, but unfortunately there was no fridge or microwave in the room. They had no continental breakfast, but they served coffee and fruits in the main lobby. Overall this was a great stay.

I know many people have given this hotel a bad rating but I had the complete opposite experience! My mother and I spent this past weekend at this hotel. We had a great experience. We had an early arrival we were able to leave our bags at the hotel while we waited for check in time and left our bags after we checked out. Had great customer service each time we interacted with the front desk and the lobby was really pretty. We reserved a double bed room as I saw that was the most spacious room they had. The room was on the smaller side but it worked for just my mother and I. There was also a little gift from the hotel when we arrived containing slippers, a sleeping mask, etc. it was thoughtful. The hotel offered complimentary fruit, water bottles/infused water, and other beverages in the morning. Plus they even offered umbrellas which was great because it was raining a lot this past weekend. The location was really prime and the neighborhood is really busy with beautiful architecture! We were able to walk to mostly everything and Uber to other things that were across the bridge but it was inexpensive. The only thing that was negative was that at night you can hear the street traffic from your room (the hotel is literally at the corner of two busy streets), the bathroom sink filled up pretty fast (it was small), the hotel phone in our room wasn’t connected we had to call front desk on our cellphones for housekeeping, and ice machines located only on even floors. All of this were really small things though. Other than that we really enjoyed ourselves and I hope to stay here again in the future!

While staying at this hotel, my dog was exposed to marijuana, either discarded in the room, hallways, lobby or elevator. She required expensive, emergency fluids and medicine at an after-hours clinic to treat the potentially fatal symptoms of THC poisoning. I've contacted the hotel twice to make them aware of this incident, and they have yet to respond in any way. While this hotel markets itself as pet-friendly, it is concerning that they have made no efforts to protect dogs from substances such as TCH. The hallways reek of marijuana. [Edit: At this point, I would be more comfortable to have our correspondence in writing. If you know about my incident, why haven't you responded to my several attempts to contact you by email?]

This hotel is everything you would expect from a hotel in this price range. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The place is easily accessible. The staff are extremely friendly and seem to know every repeat guest when they come in. They are also very alert and make sure that their guests are safe. Especially when traveling for business, the Hotel Felix would be a great option of a place to stay.

The staff is nice and the lobby is cool, but the room and bed was so small for 2 people. It was super noisy as there was club music we could hear plain as day as well as people’s conversations outside so we had a hard time sleeping. Not any amenities in the room either but if you ask they have a communal fridge and microwave. Would not stay here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
