Great location! It is close to the Zurich HB Station (which is the main station and also where you can ride to and from the airport). Also, Niederdorfstrasse (shopping and food) street is right behind the hotel; super easy and interesting to walk around. The property is also close to the river. Room is nice and modern - but the air conditioner is confusing to use. It’s not very strong either, so it gets hot at night; we ended up opening the window for a while. Room is cleaned everyday, towels changed as well. I just wish they provided hotel slippers and gave us a room with a better view. Front desk staff is nice and thoughtful. They even placed a heart on our bed since we mentioned it’s our honeymoon. Overall a great choice for a short stay! Will recommend to others.

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Location is perfect. Right in the middle of everything and public transport right around the corner. They don’t have many parking spots available so reserve in advance. Or pay 45chf a day at the carpark across the bridge. Breakfast was good but there weren’t very many options. Sadly we had to leave early due to a family emergency and couldn’t complete our stay. Our small dog was welcome too!

Spacious and clean room in convenient location. Had to ask for extra pillow as the single pillow was too soft and did not provide support. Good service from reception staff. Did not try the breakfast so cannot comment.

Definitely unprofessional: I had to cancel due to some work related issues and the hotel didn’t offer a cancellation nor date change (the cancellation was requested days in advance). This is something I hope other bookers will take into consideration as most hotels offer now a cancellation or rebook option. They don’t!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
