I booked this hotel by OYO. The price is not okay. The room is clean. Everything is okay, but the towel looks dull. The wifi is working, but the connection is low. The tv just has few channels. I think this is not the best hotel, you can find another hotel that better than this. But it's okay to stay one night here.

Good small hotel, very nice service, room is spacious, water heater is working well, bed is okay, at least the bed sheet is clean. the downside is the parking space is limited, and towel need to be replace. For location is very close to Trisakti Uni, Untar, Mall Ciputra, and Roxy square. Tips: dont use room 614, air con is not cold. The best is room 612

The rooms were nice a comfortable, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I would give that aspect a 4.5. But my main and only significant problem is the lack of wifi. It is weak and I had to constantly try different ways to get a better connection. I even got a wifi extender to try and keep a connection. But thay couldnt even pick up the weak signal. The resto in the lobby was decent and I would give that a 3.5. A little expensive but not bad. In this day and age a wifi is very important. I had difficulty doing the simplest actions on my phone. It doesnt cost that much to get a decent wifi thay will send a signal. This may seem petty but when you rely on your phone for business and family contacts it is so frustrating. Thank you to all the staff they get a 5 star!

Location is okay. But... Things need to upgrade there. Like water heater, TV channel. And Wi-Fi speed. Gosh, I don't like the smell. It's like they spray something so they feel like the smell is fresh. While.. It didn't.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
