Best place to stay Absolutely amazing stay. Excellent location, The rooms were very clean and spacious. The lake view from rooms is superb, lake view balcony is a plus. All staff were lovely and accommodating. Comfortable bed, and “the pillows were the fluffiest”. Buffet breakfast and additional meal was delicious. Elevator was not working couple of times but not a big issue for me. Well deserve 5\5. I will definitely recommend this place.

I had a room directly overlooking the lake, so beautiful! Great location to explore the lake side. The bed was really comfortable, nice plus with amenities such as water kettle and tea. The staff at reception very friendly and helpful. Was very easy to organize a sunrise trip to Sarangkot and the receptionist even got up at 4.30 am to make sure I catch the bus to the cable car. Thank you!

We stayed here and this is undoubtedly the best one to stay at Fewa lakeside. You can enjoy the uninterrupted lake view from your hotel bed and balcony. Staff hospitality is really of high standard and the breakfast was really very very sumptuous and mouthwatering.

Extraordinary view from the rooms, best I've seen in lakeside so far. They also have a smart TV in all the rooms with Netflix accounts logged in. The reception is on the 2nd floor which makes going in and out easy and not awkward for both customer and staff. The buffet breakfast was great and the service is impeccable.

It was truly an amazing stay and awesome experience, Starting right from reception Sukku and Binita, To ground hospitality Shishir and Liza, We had the best food in our whole Nepal trip, Hats Off to Chef Keshav, not only about the taste and presentation but the warmth and homely feeling.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
