The biggest con is that there's no lift in this suite. Also there's a cockroach running around the room! No goodies are provided, sadly! The staff should have been well equipped with English language, as they serve customers, and that should be their first and foremost priority to attend foreign customers as well as their locals. So, English is MUST! *Edit: after complaining about the room, the owner, Mr Chandra took consideration for that and changed our room. The service was improved within a night. We were able to get comfort and have best breakfast from the Hotel Fewa at last! We wish you success and improvement in the upcoming days, so that you guys can handle diverse people from different religions and nations. All the best!

The Hotel is at Street 41 near lakeside. As you land in Pokhara, Chandra Dai is the man. Be it sight seeing, treeking, or any adventure sport you wanna try at Pokhara, Chandra Dai will arrange it all for you. The Hotel is good for stay.

One of the only old style places left, and right on the Lake. A bit of Lakesides past. A little shabby but well worth staying. The staff was very helpful, and we stayed here before and after trekking in Annapurna. There is talk that the government will have it torn down due to proximity to the waterfront, but that would be a shame. A very quiet spot too, but close to everything.

My colleague and I had an amazing stay here. The rooms are nice and clean, the balcony big and with view of Pokhara, the bed was super comfy, and I enjoyed the first hot shower in a week here. The owner, Chandra is very helpful and friendly, as are his staff, and the banana pancakes were delicious. All in all a wonderful stay, I can highly recommend!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
