This hotel has really great service. First of all, the check in is very direct. They don’t ask you to pay the possible overstay deposit when you arrive the hotel. The staffs are very friendly. They gave me much help on reserving the taxi for my too early departure flight when I could not reserve cab on my own. The breakfast are really delicious and filled with great Mexican flavor, at least better than what I had in the United States. The location is very convenient. It only takes a few minutes of walk to the center of Zolaco. The location is very safe. I have not encountered with any safety issues around that area (I usually get back to the hotel by 7pm). It is not very easy to find such an inexpensive hotel with such great services for traveling in Mexico. Overall I would rate this hotel 5/5 and recommend to others!

We are on our 3rd day of a 5 day Mexico City vacation at Hotel Flamenco. The service top notch. Amazing hospitality. Great amenities. Our flight from San Francisco landed in CDMX at 7pm so we were happy that the restaurant was open until 10:30pm and there was no markup for room service. Our only issue is the mattress is firm and we like a bit softer. Otherwise, we highly recommend this great hotel.

We would recommend Hotel Flamenco to other travellers. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was lovely, clean, spacious and easily located to the Zocalo (10min walk). Although located in Centro the hotel was quiet and sound proof so there was no outside noise during the night, which made for a full night sleep. The breakfast offered was delicious and had a variety often to try. We enjoyed our stay.

Great staff, but firm beds. The staff were absolutely wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about the service here, and the decor is very modern and sleek. Every one we interfaced with was very kind and helpful. Rooms are clean and ours included a waterfall shower that was a very nice touch. However, the mattresses were so hard they might have well been stone slabs. Not a big deal if youre okay with a firmer mattress, but this made it very hard for me to get a full nights sleep, unfortunately. If you dont mind a firm mattress, you will enjoy your stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
