Amazing value hotel and in the best location. Rooms are spacious, we had a balcony which was really nice. It’s quiet even though you’re staying on a very noisy street. I would stay here again and again. Staff are friendly and the top roof terrace was nice, I wish we were able to stay longer.

We loved our stay at Flor Parks!! Beautiful room!! The mossy green color was really relaxing, the room was spotless and modern equipped, the bath was luxurious, and the balcony was fabulous! Quiet room, but in the heart of the city. Only wish we'd had more days in this awesome hotel!!

Quiet room, even though we had a room just above the major street on the third floor with glass doors that opened onto a very small balcony. Location was great, many good places to eat within easy walking distance. Nice shower with good water pressure. Dark shades made it easy to sleep after our 10 hour flight. Air conditioning. Attentive staff that provided an electrical adapter upon request. A coffee maker would be a welcome addition.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was deeply disappointed by the overall experience. From the moment my group and I arrived, we felt unfairly targeted and unwelcome. Despite their claims of treating all guests equally, our experience suggested otherwise. The most distressing part of my stay was being stuck in an elevator for nearly two hours. The hotel insists that they handled the situation correctly, but I believe it could have been managed more efficiently and with greater empathy. Moreover, the hotel's response to my subsequent complaint was dismissive and unhelpful. They chose to accuse us of misconduct rather than addressing our valid concerns. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel due to the poor customer service and lack of understanding towards guest concerns. I would advise potential guests to consider other options before booking a stay here. Discrimination, negligence, and an elevator ordeal turned my stay into a nightmare

Room was clean, and perfect for what we needed. Front desk staff were professional and helpful. Las Ramblas is a busy, slightly dirty avenue, but it's a good location and value proposition was fair.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
