Stayed for 4 nights. Great location, friendly staff, and good breakfast. The ladies serving breakfast were super helpful and they always had smiles on their faces. My room was small, especially the bathroom; but I could manage. Great performance/price ratio. I highly recommend!

Great location. Staff was super friendly, and Alda made everything nicer with her constant smile and availability. The team also opened the breakfast earlier on the day of the marathon and made things much easier for us. We will definitely come back to this hotel when visiting Nice again. Thanks a lot!!!

This a lovely hotel in a great location of Nice, really easy to get to from either tram route. We had a deluxe room which was an acceptable size and the bed was huge and comfy. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Negatives: The AC in the room wasn’t great. The floorboards creaked and walls are thin. I think the rooms now need a refresh as they are looking a little tired - the bathroom especially. The TV remote never really worked despite being changed and only had 2 English channels. Over all, what with a special ‘book Direct’ offer, I would say it was good value for location and time of year, but probably wouldn’t stay again.

Overall good. Do not expect view from windows or bell boys or spare toothpaste. probably 2.5* on US standards. Convenient location. Near supermarkets, tram station, 15 min walk to promenade. Room had some smell when arrived, but opening windows -solved the issue. Breakfast is OK, but not splendid. If you come for breakfast 8:30-10 - the room will be crowded and you will need to wait for some food items. Good service

Hôtel Florence has become our go-to hotel in Nice. Cozy, quiet, extremely friendly staff, and the location is superb. We were treated with a free room upgrade and a hand written welcome note with some complimentary snacks. Absolutely lovely.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
