i love the concept of this hotel (me and my boyfriend especially chose to stay here because of that) every room is named after a famous cinematographic reference, it's such a good idea ! also, it's very well located, the service was great, and the place and the rooms overall were clean ! very nice, it's a 10/10 for me. the only problem is that the rooms are not soundproofed, but i guess it's not that much of a big deal when your room is not faced to the street. you can hear the noises in the hallway but that's normal. i would definitely recommend this place and come back next time !

Breakfast is below level - orange juice was almost water where Lisbon is know for good fresh fruit, same for the pineapple, coffee was tasteless, bread and pastries looked like frozen varieties. The room was clean, only had single glass with results in low sound isolation from outside and is dated; no power outlets at the night table, but worse: electricity was unsafe (an outlet with loose, none protected wiring without ground while the outlet is a grounded model) - this resulted in a 1 star for the room. The bathroom is really dated, leaking shower head and was small without handkerchiefs, a pity for a 4 star hotel….

Not sure why all the previous feedback was so bad and aweful, but we got really good price (750€) for 5 nights + breakfast. Staff is cool and friendly, food is good - thry have proscuitto, croissants and PANCAKE MACHINE. Everyday towels got changed and everything is clean and tidy. I have a really picky fiancee and she loved her experience here. Hotel could use a bit of renovation here and there, but i would still definitely give him 5* for everything included

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
