I am really happy with this hotel. I stayed here at the end of December for my wife’s birthday trip to Paris. I requested the hotel please arrange a nice room for us due to our memorial trip as the very first time to Paris. They gave us a corner room and welcomed us with champagne and balloons inside the room for our birthday. Apart from this welcome, I would like to say that the staff are really friendly and always willing to help if you ask something. The location is easy to walk to attractions such as Place du Trocadero and the nearby metro. There was one convenience store within 30 seconds walking distance of the hotel which made it easy for us to buy the necessary as we wanted. The room was clean and had the all daily necessary things. Overall, I strongly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here on a future trip.

We stayed here in mid October and had a lovely stay. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the hotel staff were all very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The location is also great - very close to the Eiffel tower and in a lovely neighbourhood with lots of great food and drink choices nearby. It’s also close to a few metro stations for easy travel around the city.

Floride Etoile Hotel is situated in an ideal location and offer clean, comfortable rooms, with the most friendly and helpful staff imaginable. We started each day after a restful sleep and a good breakfast at this lovely hotel. Highly recommend!

Front desk staffs were not helpful and were racist for both our check in and check out experience. During check in, the lady staff was rude and provided very slow service and did not seem interested in assisting us to provide information regarding the attractions and metros nearby. We left our luggages there as we could not check in yet, but the lady staff and the male staffs were conversing and saying something regarding our luggages in French. During check out, the male staff was curt and wasn’t patient in assisting. We did not call for housekeeping for our stay, but seems like the hotel policy is to have towels to towels exchange which we have to head down directly to exchange it every night which was quite inconvenient. Hotel location was near metro but around 20-30 minutes walk to attraction like arc de triomphe. Overall a very disappointing experience.

This hotel is located in a perfect spot, walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and to Arch De Tromphe. The staff are very friendly and go above and beyond to ensure that you have a great stay. Rooms were very clean, buffet breakfast was great. Would definitely recommend!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
