This place is smack dab in the middle of a red light area. The building right next to it is seriously questionable. The noise from the street went on till 4 am. The rooms are just as dirty as the area. Beds looked like they had been used in the worst way possible. The bathroom was dirty and had broken fixtures. The only thing they have going for themselves is, they are three blocks away from the train station, that's it. This experience was an absolute nightmare. See pictures of the place, fixtures and the red light neighborhood. I wouldn't stay there ever nor would I suggest it anyone. One more icing on the cake, there are bed bugs! Ole lady is still suffering from bites.

We have stayed in this hotel for 4 days and I must say I really enjoyed it. The location is perfectly right next to the station which on the other hand means a lot of scary people at the streets. The staff were kind, the price was amazing and I must recommend this place to all students that travel to Frankfurt. However, I wouldn't recommend this place to children. It is kind of loud in the night, but I slept through it :)

Please avoid this place at all costs if you want to get out of Frankfurt alive. I was welcomed by a drug addict throwing herself at my car and shouting at me. There are drug addicts outside of the hotel, sitting on street steps everywhere. There's a brothel next door. I've seen people injecting drugs... plus homeless people sleeping all over the place. It's scary. I didn't leave the room until morning and I had to park my car in a secured car park 20min away as its not safe to leave it there. I genuinely was horrified. What a mess this place is. Room itself is average, no basic facilities like even coffee and a kettle. The staff have zero customer service skills too, very unwelcoming. Trust me, its better to pay that 20 quid more to stay in a safe place than here. Your life and bad travel experience isn't worth this price.

The hotell is located att drug user's street so it is very very unpleasant place to live, don't go there att any cost!! The hotell is running by some refugees and not good condition either 😕 😢

Overall : It's Passable. If your stay is only one night then you can consider this Hotel. (+) The Staff were nice. The train is in walkable distance and also close to Restaurants and shops. (-) The Location was noisy and it is not good suitable for girls.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
