        The service here is exemplary--very eager to accommodate you. The rooms are clean and bright, a bit small...they don't have a lot of outlets and no refrigerators or coffee machines, but that is low on the list when the staff is so helpful and the restaurant serves delicious and quick food. I am happy to be staying here and would recommend to anyone.

        This hotel needs urgent to be renewed. Dont come if you need a hair dresser, a good bathroom.. its decadent. Terrible.. the only good thing is the kind attention from a colombian girl at the reception. She tries to save the hotel. Kind and attentioness.

        Staying here in Jan 2024 for the Messe HeimTextil. 1 - the room phones dont work - so if any emergency occurs, you need to run down to seek help. 2 - the heating in the room didn't work. Outside temperature was minus 6 degrees and the management didn't bother to ensure that their systems are in working order. Pathetic. And to add insult to the injury, (a) the management is not bothered to come and explain situation to the clients. (b) frontline reception staff. hang their heads in an apologetic manner and inform this is not the first time such a thing has happened. 3. icing on top of the cake was when there was no hot water. The reception staff says they CALLED THE REPAIR GUY BUT THEIR PHONE WAS NOT ANSWERED !!!! This hotel needs to be AVOIDED at any and every cost. They charged us 300.- € per night but i would avoid it even for 30 euros. The inconvenience caused is beyond words. Subjecting clients to rooms without heating and without hot water in sub zero temperatures in a modern city as Frankfurt is like saying aloud - WE DONT CARE ABOUT OUR BUSINESS OR CUSTOMERS.

        The service here is exemplary--very eager to accommodate you. The rooms are clean and bright, a bit small...they don't have a lot of outlets and no refrigerators or coffee machines, but that is low on the list when the staff is so helpful and the restaurant serves delicious and quick food.         Really poor breakfeast likely below some 2 star hotel, rooms with no heating, cold water. Few foreign channels on tv. Only lobby was warm. It was a good hotel 4 years ago, not now.

        Doesn’t feel like a four star hotel. WiFi is spotty in the rooms. Breakfast is average. The candies at the front desk however are knock your socks off good. Might be worth a star in and of themself.
