I do not recommend this hotel. In May, I booked a room with them on booking.com for 478.50 euros for 4 days. On the same day 481.50 euros was debited from my account. After more than a month, I received information that they were canceling the reservation because there were no funds on the card, which was not true. The money was taken by them over a month ago. I appealed to booking.com. The next message came that the card was invalid, which was also not true. At that time, the hotel increased the price of the same room at the same time to 1711 euros for 4 days. As a consequence they canceled the reservation. This hotel is a failure. Booking.com should stop doing business with them. They don't respect their customers and try to rip you off for extra cash.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Freedom. This was my first time in Madrid and the hotel truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff. Every member of the team was friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The experience was simply amazing. The attention to detail and the level of care provided to guests is truly remarkable. From the beautifully appointed rooms to the fantastic amenities and facilities, everything about this hotel was top-notch. The experience was truly unforgettable, and I would highly recommend it.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!!!! There was no air conditioning! They said it’s only turned on during summer months but it was already 30 degrees out! We literally did not have a good sleep for 3 nights. The manager was rude and advised us to open the windows but it was still hot and noisy! We are staying on the top floor with only two small windows and direct sun on us. And they had no fan to provide to make our stay comfortable and we asked if we can change rooms to atleast have the balcony but he keeps on saying NO! The room was awfully designed, poor lights, clogged sink, bathroom door doesn’t open or close properly. I agreed with other reviews here that the manager doesn’t know the word hospitality!!!! Nothing good about this hotel.

Such nice people! Hotel clean, felt safe, excellent location. Room tiny but not a big deal. No shampoo - just one catch all type of soap. Again, not a big deal. BUT- No air conditioning?? Which is a big deal in Madrid. They don’t allow you to set it below 22 degree C. Kind of crazy. Couldn’t or wouldn’t give me another pillow, the ones I had were compressed to nothing so I asked for a 3rd. They said they didn’t have one? How does a hotel not have enough extra pillows? If management is reading this, spend 100€ on some back up pillows, worthy investment. Walls are super thin so every time a door closes you wake up. Not at all the expectation for the price we paid. For $150 a night, you expect them to be able to find you an extra pillow. You expect the towels to be larger than a handkerchief, and you expect to be able to cool your room when it’s a hot Spain day.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
