it was disgusting. there was someone’s snot on the wall that I had to cover up with a sticker. the bathroom had toenail clippings!!!! it was honestly very gross, hairs still in the bathroom. upstairs the gym is completely broken and run down. also they don’t let you check in until right at 3 pm unless you pay extra. the man running the front desk is extremely rude. it’s also in a very bad location. as a solo female, it was very uncomfortable to go out for a walk. it’s a run down area. please avoid this location for your safety Also - all night the air vents make noise. I do not recommend staying at this hotel, we stayed here for a total of 6 nights, the first hotel room we stayed at had dirty underwear in it’s closet and the AC didn’t work. Once we complained they didn’t apologize for anything and sent someone up to retrieve it. The room was overall very dirty and not worth the price that we paid for it. There are many other better options in Santiago.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
