The hotel rooms are small, it needs deep cleaning. The bed sheets also are old and smelly and needs to be cleaned more. The area is very close to dongdaemun and close the station. There’s a grocery store in front of the hotel and restaurants nearby. The front desk guy was very sweet and helped us a lot. However, they need to focus more on cleaning.

The floors are a little dirty looking but other than that it's really awesome here. Highly suggest it, especially for the price. Staff are some of the nicest people ever. Highly recommend. They actually upgraded our room for free because we came a little earlier than expected too :)

We are 2 female travellers and we highly recommend yall to choose this hotel if you plan to stay in Dongdaemun. It is only a 5 mins walk from Dongdaemun / Dongmyo station, which is convenient to travel to anywhere from these stations. Staff was really friendly and nice, they even upgraded our room when we check in to the hotel early (prior to vacancy). Also, they are able to speak chinese/english so you don't have to worry about language barrier. Decent 3-star hotel with all the basic amenities/facilities that you will need.

Good staff but the rooms wasn't clean when we arrived. I ask the staff to do the room again and during our stay they didn't even clean once by themselves ( we stayed for 1 month). There's rooms for students so it's not so clean.... It's not an hotel but more like a guesthouse. The area is good with lots of cheap restaurants and convenience store. Dongdaemun station and Sindang station are near. So it's really convenient. Don't stay there for a long time.

Nice staff. Calm street near airport bus and metro stations. Quite clean and comfortable beds the room just needs to be painted and it will look so much better. Bathroom is quite big.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
