        The hotel is all right. It is super clean and comfortable to spend a couple of nights. The only thing I'd mention is that the shower enclosure is a bit tight. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay there and the staff was really helpful. As others have mentioned, they ask you to leave the keys with them every time you leave the hotel. The location is superb and close to the Milano Centrale station.

        Terrible hotel. Our flight was canceled and my friend and I were forced to find a place to spend the night if we weren't on the street. When we came to register, everything was kind of strange. But we had no choice. We left our things in the room and went to town. The man at the reception didn't let us take the key with us. When we came back, we checked things and everything was ok. But we were afraid, we couldn't lock the door, so we put a small table next to the door. The door from outside could not be opened without a key, because when we arrived we had to unlock it to get in, but we were afraid. After some time, someone tried to enter the room. The door opened but we could not see who it was. Terrible feeling, we were there for 4 hours and those are the worst 4 hours of our lives. We were alone and we were afraid of all kinds of scenarios. In the end, 45 minutes before the taxi we ordered would arrive, we went down to the reception and sat down because we couldn't stand it in the room because of fear. The man assures us that someone probably opened the door by mistake, because a married couple was supposedly in the room next to us, but when asked how he could open it without a key, it seems that all the doors have the same lock. He says it's not like that... We didn't want to argue much, we pretended to believe that someone opened the door by accident. I do not recommend the hotel, especially not to women traveling alone, and besides everything that happened to us there, the hotel is old, it was terribly cold, but it was relatively clean. We were sitting on the bed in our clothes and jackets, waiting for the time to leave.

        Dont stay in this hotel! In June2022, One of our clients lost his money in his suitcase when we left it in the rooms. We reported to the reception and they just shrug their shoulder and said " I dont know". We made a police report & when we were at the police station, another couple from Argentina also lost their monies and we were shocked to be staying at the same hotel!! This is genuine case, this hotel is not trustworthy! Be warned!

        This hotel is in a great location very close to the central train station. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The only thing that was off was the shower. It was setup very oddly and difficult to move in without hitting everything.
