My husband and I had an exceptional stay at Hotel Garnet and we wholeheartedly recommend it! The staff, particularly the owner, were incredibly kind and helpful, and knowing it's a family-owned business added a personal touch to our experience. On our last day, they graciously allowed us to have the hotel breakfast in our room, which made our departure even more convenient. The furnishings and overall condition of the hotel were top-notch, with a distinct sense of newness, cleanliness, and neatness. Plus, the location near Liberty Square was perfect for exploring the city. We can't wait to return to this wonderful gem of a hotel!

Liked it so much that I stayed twice during the trip. Staff here really makes the difference, they make you feel welcomed and were responsive to any additional requests. Very clean rooms, in convenient location close to most things touristy but also hidden enough from the busy area. Strong hot showers and strong cool AC - exactly what's needed after exploration in sunny Tbilisi.

Great hotel to stay for exploring Tblisi. The rooms were clean and modern and I had no issue with street noise. Wifi speeds were excellent. The bathroom was spacious and modern. Customer service was good. It's also very close to the old town, Freedom square, the metro and Matsminda funicular. Shops and restaurants are at doorstep.

Terrible service ever! Reception and “manager” damaged all days in Georgia. Positive things: location, clean room. Negative: they forget to meet at the airport even was sent a lot of massages and phone calls about transfer. The hotel staff is so unpleasant and rude, arrogantly, disrespectfully, does not help in any way. You feel mostly intruder , than a welcome guest . There is very cold in the room during December…… they just cut out AC from the room and no other heating. Windows so weak that all loud and coldness from outside road come inside. Not room service during 2 days. Breakfast is not included, but price was high. You can find definitively more nice hotel with decent service.

Garnet Hotel Tbilisi is centrally situated and a short walk away from Freedom Square. There are several pubs,restaurants and small supermarkets near the hotel. A room was reserved for me from 20 - 24 April 2023 (4 nights). The rooms are comfortable, as can be seen on the photos that I took.I however stayed only ONE night in the hotel. There are busy streets around the hotel with almost unbearable traffic noise ! So much so that I moved out of the hotel to a more luxury and quiet hotel just off Freedom Square. Light and normal sleepers should STAY AWAY from that hotel OR bring ear plugs AND sleeping pills along !

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
