        We had a reservation at the hotel, the first night was fine, the second day they broke into the hotel and robbed all the rooms in it (it had few rooms). We asked for the security camera, and it seems like they knew where the copies of the keys to each room were and since there was no staff since they left at noon, they entered each room without forcing themselves and stole. We filed a report with the police and asked for a relocation to another hotel since we did not trust it since the thieves knew where to go and everything went badly, they did not return our money, they relocated us for only 1 night out of 2 that were left and they canceled our reservation telling them to booking that we had not shown up at the hotel. Regrettable. It's strange that they know the access codes and where to look...

        Room open upon arrival. Power cable uninsulated behind the toilet near the shower. The shower itself is too small and looks larger in the photos than it actually is. Number code for the rooms is laughable. Rooms very noisy.

        Excellent hotel in the center of Florence, I found it very convenient for visiting the Duomo, the San Lorenzo market and many other monuments and it is not too far from the station either. It has been recently renovated, well-kept rooms and a very kind manager. Absolutely recommended.

        The location, the best. Comfortable bed. Bathroom with everything. There is no elevator and it is on the second floor.
