        DO NOT STAY HERE! I would not even give it a 1 star if it was possible. We checked in at 2pm. We got in our room and the bed was not made and there was dirty towels in the room. The cleaner knocked on our door at 2:15pm to let us know she had to check the room. She then Informed us we had to wait outside so she could clean it. THE ROOM WAS NOT EVEN READY!. Once cleaned we went back in and I went to go to the toilet. I sat down and nearly fell off as the toilet seat was broken. I paid for an upgrade before arrival and the room I received looks nothing like the pictures. We booked another hotel up the road and got out of there. When I told the front desk what happened I was greeted with arguments instead of an apology which I thought was more than warranted. Looking at the previous reviews and the replies hotel genesio are giving the other reviews this is not a surprise. I am aware I will not get a refund and I am not even worried about this as I would rather be out of pocket than to stay at hotel genesio. Save yourself the hassle and disappointment and go to Luca Room Mate hotel it’s 50 metres up the road and beautiful. Hotel Genesio I have pictures for proof of you would like them

        Do the place up . And get the lift working . 3rd floor and no lift . Clean the exit button . Looks like a mechanic works in the place . Walls are paper thin . Best thing is the price as rip off Florence goes

          Booking Policy
