One of the best hidden secret in Tbilisi, I loved the atmosphere and ambiance of the place, the service is awesome, the rooms are spectacular, add to that the service ,I will be staying there every time I visit Tbilisi.

Worst management i have ever seen. Trying to impose that you broke their things. Manager George communicates obscenely and call all sorts of nasty things on the phone. And this is despite the fact that you are overdue client. And there are ants in the room.

nice hotel, relatively new. A bit far from sightseeing areas but you can use a taxi or Yandex app. a short walk down the road will take you to multiple shops, supermarket, cafes and salons. Rooms and bathrooms in the hotel are modern and clean. Staff are helpful, friendly and speak good English. Breakfast is home made and the hotel has a rooftop area where you can sit and enjoy the view.

Staff personality can make or break any business, and with this in mind, I'm happy to report that hotel Genio had very welcoming individuals on the front desk. Friendly, efficient and professional. In addition to the above, the bedroom and ensuite were a good size, and tastefully decorated. The room contained a side table, 3 chairs, a desk, a fridge, a kettle (the latter of which came with complimentary and coffee, as was also the case with the bathroom amenities). Everything one expects from a good hotel was provided for, and as a bonus, the view from the roof terrace was exceptional. I will return.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
