I had an incredible stay at the Georgian Holiday Hotel, located at the peaceful dead end of I.Tarkhnishvili street. This gem of a hotel truly stands out with its unique style that beautifully blends modern conveniences with rustic charm. Stepping into the hotel, you're instantly embraced by a warm and friendly atmosphere, a credit to the wonderful staff who are always eager to assist. They go above and beyond to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, giving you that much-needed 'home away from home' feeling. The hotel also boasts a picturesque terrace, perfect for relaxing and soaking in the serene surroundings. Additionally, there's ample parking for guests, ensuring you never have to worry about finding a spot. Overall, the Georgian Holiday Hotel is a delightful retreat that offers a slice of home in the most charming and hospitable manner. A fantastic choice for travelers. 5/5 stars

Pros: — Location. — Breakfast allows you to choose bread and various jams, peanut butter, cereals, fruits, eggs and 2-3 types of salads. Sausages and cheese, portioned khachapuri (bread with cheese) and lobiani (with beans). Drip coffee and tea bags. Cons: — New sheet but worn out mattress with the pellets you feel through. It's like a massage but not everyone will be pleased. — The sofa sagged in the center, as if someone had jumped on it with force. — The shower door does not close well, there is a lot of water on the floor.

Nice place you get what u pay for. Tidy and clean. Very hard to find as tucked in an alley at the bottom of the road. Sign practically hidden, and not even the police can help as we asked walking around for an hour. Bed was comfortable few English channels. I would say check the toiletries as I went to use mine to find the label worn, could hardly see the writing. Also they were soapy/oily which suggests to me that they are possibly refilled. There is a taxi shuttle bus, which turned out to be some guy in a car. Go figure.

A very warm and cozy place. Pretty close to the city centre and the Rustavalli Metro is at a walkable distance from this place. They serve good complimentary breakfasts and the staff here are kind and helpful. They made my stay at Georgia memorable!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
