The rooms smelled bad, bathroom was very dirty and location was horrible, worse neighborhood in Milan. This was rated as a 3 star hotel, but it was more like a 1 star hostal. Very disturbing and disappointed. We didn't stay, when we asked for our money back as we didn't want to stay in these disgusting rooms, they told us they will refound but next day, after we went to another hotel, they denied our money back. Horrible service, horrible stuff, horrible place. Be aware of false reviews in Google, all the reviews here seemed to be false, probably by people who work on this hostal

This hotel was terrible, the rooms smelled bad and were not clean. The hotel was more like a hostal than a hotel. The hotel is in the worse neighborhood of Milan and it's definitely not a safe area. Far from the city center. When we entered in our room it smelled bad we requested for a room change which they denied, so we decided to go to a different hotel and asked for a refund which they agreed to however they never gave us a refund. We talked to booking.com they talked to the hotel to get us our refund which they denied. We only spent 5 minutes at the hotel. Also would like to add that most of the reviews here seem to be fake, there is no way this hotel has a 4,1 rating.

Room size is perfect. Room 308 Contains a chair which can be bed for extra person. The most amazing thing, the bathroom prepared with shattafa. Perfect value for money.

Main problems are smell, noise - bcs the windows doesnt close and bed. Two matrasses just moving away from eachother and you will find yourself stuck in the hole between them. Toilet door is very uncomfortable - its a struggle to got out. Not enough hot water for two. Neigbourhood is very trashy. No repeat.

Staff were really friendly and helpful, great service and even let us store our luggage after check out until we had to leave Milan. They really made us feel welcome and made our stay a great experience. The location is closest to the "Pasteur" metro station.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
