I had a great time at Hotel Gigi. It was my first time exploring San Diego and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The location was great. My boyfriend and I didn’t need to use the car once because everything was within walking distance. The room itself was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Also the customer service was amazing and we were provided codes which made entering/exiting the building very easy. Overall had a great experience at Hotel Gigi. I would stay there again:)

Very new hotel, there is no sign and it's a little confusing to find. There is no parking either. However the people who run it are extremely nice and attentive, the rooms are very clean, the beds are very comfortable and the process is very simple. Everything is run by keypads and there are no keys. It's really quick and convenient. Considering all this and the location it's a tremendous value and I'm sure the prices won't be this low for long.

Amazing! I loved my stay here! The room was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and the elevator was fast! Booking the hotel was an easy process. I liked how the hotel doesn’t use key cards instead they use keypads! For the price of the stay it was really worth it. It’s also good for people who have really bad social anxiety there are no people there. I loved how it’s literally around the gaslamp area! Such a great location! One thing it was a little hard spotting the hotel, it’s like kind of hidden in sight. There is NO parking! Parking was hard to find, especially when the padres were playing since it’s not far from the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel! 10/10 ⭐️ ps Rita was extremely helpful!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
