Decent rooms in a very old and nice hotel. Right next door to a very old and still active church. Has a restaurant with good food and in a great location two blocks from the plaza and a short walk from everything else. Very good bakery across the street also a 7-11 and many bars/restaurants within a 5 min walk.

Check in was at 3:00pm. We arrived at 4:00pm, the room was not ready. The room smelled like cigarettes, especially the bed sheets. The bathtub was broken and was leaking water from everywhere. The cards to enter your room did not open the door. We needed to go to the reception all the time to have them fixed. One our of two of the elevator was broken. The biggest issue was the noise. The water pipes were right next to the bed, so, you can hear everything from above or from the neighbors - when they shower, pee, take a bath in the bathtub. The internet doesn't work. We complained about all this - in Spanish language, the staff couldn't care less. Definitely don't recommend.

The only place we stay while in Mexico City.... The staff is amazing! So friendly and wanting to make sure we have everything we need. We love the location and the surrounding area. In house dining is fabulous!!!

If you are a foreigner, especially white, go somewhere else. Some of the staff are great, others hate foreigners- little racism here. Made a reservation, confirmed. Shower at 1. Room to be ready at 3. Come back and every other room is open and clean but mine is dirty. Sheets on the floor garbage it’s. Since I am paying for the room I ask that it be cleaned and a discount. I’m offered another room. Nope I reserved the one I like. Well that will be a half hour to an hour! I’ve been coming here for 15 years. This time I only came for my last day. My option has gone from love to I really should find another hotel. I’d been waiting for 3 1/2 hours

It was super calm, The family room had 3 beds nice and clean. The employees are very helpful and explain stuff clearly, and they respect the dnd sign. Me and my family really liked it and it's located in a good place

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
