Checked into a hotel earlier this evening. Was met with a room with 2 cockroaches climbing the walls and one dead cockroach on the floor. When pointed out i was sent to another hotel 4 blocks away and told to return in the morning for another room. All in all makes me doubt every room the hotel has and soured the taste in my mouth from italy. When i came to the new room i also found womens hair in the cupboards of the storage shelves. Was offered no compensation as a result. Definitely not up to par with a 4 star hotel in europe.

If you are looking for a lovely historic hotel near the best sights of Florence, Hotel Ginori al Duomo is it. It is comfortable, clean, and provides a daily breakfast. The staff are exceptional providing assistance as well as taking care of your every need.

Our stay got off to a great start thanks to Enso in the restuarant. He was amazingly helpful and friendly. The rooms are very clean and charming in the 500+ years old building. Great location and well priced. Breakfast is outstanding.

Hotel was wonderful. From the moment we walked in Pierre and his staff took care of all the details. When we needed anything, they were quick to respond and always helpful. Each morning, Enzo took care of us at breakfast. His warm smile and willing to please made the start of the day very pleasant. The rest of the staff including the cleaning staff were superb. We will most definitely be back. The location is ideal. It is close to everything. Whether you walk from the train station, walk to the Duomo or Ponte Vecchio is all within 10-15 walk as are many museums and historic sites.

Lovely hotel with perfect location! The stuff was really helpful with everything, breakfast was good, our breakfast waiter was super nice to us and made us fresh coffee. Short, but really pleasant stay :)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
