The location was really good for us. It was about a 15 minute walk from the train station. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was small, but clean. Breakfast was good and had several of options. They held our luggage until it was time to check in. Next, I want to say none of these issues would stop us from considering using to this hotel in the future. There were hardly any outlets in our room. The hand soap dispenser was empty, we brought soap, so it didn't really affect us. The bathroom always had a sewer smell. I thought it might have been from a dry trap so we ran water into all of them and closed all of the stoppers, but it really didn't help, but if we closed the bathroom door, the rest of the room smelled fine. The main shower head was stationary and did not extend far enough over the bath tub so water would hit straight down and splatter all over the wall. It was not the best setup. There was also a handheld sprayer. There was a metal door stopper in a really bad location in front the of wardrobe, but right outside the bathroom, that I was guaranteed to stub my toe on, so I covered it during our stay. They sent a link to pre-book a car for your departure day if you should need it, but the car company wanted 82 euros to go to the airport, we opted for a 52 euro taxi instead, but the company the hotel uses is very easy to book with if you should choose.

Went off the reviews stating clean, good location, and since we arrived a day early to Rome and our previously booked hotel wasn’t available, we took a chance. Don’t make the same mistake we did. Not clean. Disgusting bathroom. Paper thing walls. Mattress was a comfortable 4 inches and roughly 30 years old. Only a single sheet on the bed - no comforter, no additional blanket. Location was mediocre. (Night) Staff was wholly inconsiderate, and we paid well over FOUR TIMES the current listed rate because it was a date close to the Ryder Cup. I wouldn’t pay the $68 listed rate to stay here, let alone the inflated prices they charged before the Ryder Cup.

Room was dirty, traces everywhere in the bathrooms, very badly arranged… many things made this room feels very uncomfortable but at least the wifi was working !! Oh yea and you could hear everything the neighbours were doing (even their alarms at 6AM, that felt like it was in my room). Very awful receptionist too (girl) was very rude but that’s maybe more personal but I don’t care ! Very bas hotel I don’t recommend the good thing was only one guy at the reception that was very nice, clear and understandable.

We arrived at the hotel at 4am. We found dirty bedsheets with hairs on it, and a condom wrap on the floor 🤢 We were so tired so we only handled it the next morning with the reception staff and the room was cleaned properly. In addition the toilet seat was broken and kept moving, and when we wanted to stay extra 2 hrs before checkout they asked an additional fee per hour. We paid 226€ per night and I don't think it's worth it at all. The only good thing was the location. We won't go back there and for sure won't recommend staying there. Adi

We made a reservation to stay 2 nights at the hotel. I payed extra to stay in a deluxe double room but complications with the flight delayed our arrival. I told the hotel we wouldn’t make it to the first night and when we finally arrived and checked in at the hotel they placed us in a downgrade room that wasn't what we payed for. when we realize the mistake ourselves we went to the front desk and then they finally told us there was a problem in the room we originally payed for and our only option was to stay at the downgrade room. They said It was NOT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL EVEN THOUGH THEY COULDN’T DELIVER THE SERVICE WE PAYED FOR (that’s against the law by the way) They also mentioned they could not refund the price difference from the rooms and we should EMAIL the manager instead of just talking to them at the front desk. After all the initial trouble, few hours later when I was in contact with my lawyer they eventually told us the problem with the room was not that severe and we were able to stay at the room we initially payed for (Honestly led us to second-guess if there was a problem at all in the first place) In the end the room was okay but had a door that led to another room and we could hear them on the other side all night long. I do not recommend you staying in there at all. Not worth the headache.
