The hotel is in a good location, the interior environment is new, and the facilities are sufficient. We made a reservation for three nights. Just after 10 a.m. when we wanted to check out on the last day, the front desk called and woke me up, reminding me that check-out was at 10 a.m. At that time, I asked him sleepily if I could check out at 11 o'clock. The front desk said that there would be an extension fee of 1,900 for check-out at 11 o'clock. I said I would go down as soon as 10:30. After hanging up the phone, I packed my things very quickly and went to check out. My companion went to the front desk and asked, saying that the website stated check-out at 11 o'clock. Why did you call and say check-out at 10 o'clock? And if you check out at 11 o'clock, you will be charged an extension fee? The front desk said that they just called and agreed to go down at 10:30, so now we have to check out at 10:30. This statement is very unreasonable. I can’t believe that this is something a normal hotel can do. The 11 o'clock check-out time written in black and white turned out to "coax" us into changing the check-out time to 10:30, and if we wanted to check out at the normal time, we would be charged an additional 1,900 yen. No matter how good the hardware facilities are, they cannot offset the negative emotions and impact that the service failure has on us.

It was a nice, luxurious hotel. Amenities It was great and had a lot of free drinks. I was able to spend a very relaxing 90 minutes in the private bath. My husband says it would be great if there was a smoking room in the private bath too lol Yasaka Shrine, Kiyomizu Temple, Hanamikoji This hotel is located in a very convenient location for going anywhere, including Shijo Kawaramachi. Repeat is confirmed.

This is an inn near Kenninji Temple! This time I was able to stay cheaply with travel support! It's such a wonderful inn that it's even listed on Rurubu! Before I stayed, I called to ask questions about my reservation, and the staff was really polite and easy to understand, which was really nice. I was treated very kindly during check-in, which made me feel comfortable! The room was clean and there were several free drinks available!

A spacious private hotel and spa that belies Gion, which seems to only have a small piece of land. I was surprised that all drinks at the spa and in the room were free. Even though there was no restaurant, I was surprised by the cup noodles in my room (I think it was Kyoto-style soba), and I could feel the warmth of the staff. I was also relieved to see that the miso soup and rice for breakfast that were delivered to my room were carefully made with the dashi stock. It's hard to travel these days, so I was able to relax in the hotel and sleep soundly.

The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with plenty of amenities. Good location and very convenient. The breakfast was also delicious and had an appropriate amount.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
