        This hotel is really cool. Rooms, bathrooms are clear. Staff is very polite and smiling. Breakfast included. Like croissants with coffee, jams, bunds, juice-nectar, milk with cereals and of course you can eat more if you want. And girls at the reception are very friendly and trying to help in any situation. Location is also nice. Just care about your wallet outside and near the station. But I have no problems in the hotel and near. So I really recommend this hotel. People and rooms are nice

        The rooms are so dirty. I was paranoid that there were bed bugs so I couldn't sleep at all. I checked the bed sheets and found the dirty white sheet. The beds are uncomfortable and the chair is so dirty. It makes you feel like youre in a prison.

        Very impolite and offensive staff. My sister had a school trip in Rome and she was at that hotel. She forgot her jacket at her room. We called them to ask for the jacket and to send it back to us. We would have paid for this. They answered in a really inappropriate way…They told they have found it but thrown it away, because it was so dirty. My sister didn’t wear it once during the trip….

        STAY UNDER YOUR OWN RISK! Even though I told them I didn't want cleaning service for the day, they didn't care and went into my room... but the worst part is that they left the DOOR OPEN for more than 12 hours until I came back during the late night. Cab you believe it? Nothing was missing or stolen but the manager's attitude was completely careless and nom emphatic. He just said "Go to the police, we have insurance". Like if nothing really mattered. He was not even good to apologize or to provide a better solution than that and was not even conscious that they could have ruined my whole trip for such a stupid thing... TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!
