Location was very good. Near Sao Bento train station,center of Porto. The breakfast was poor to tell the truth. The wifi was not working properly of upper floors. But for the orice payed let’s say was an average hotel to sleep The staff was kind and helpful.

3 Stars for location I have to say that its perfect as everything is 10 mins walking distant. Its budget friendly but it doesn’t really offer much the Double bed are small and there are not proper windows and they are full of Dust. We didn’t get any breakfast here so I can’t tell you if it was worth it or not

It was an overall very positive experience. The service in particular was top notch! We have met different receptionists, and all of them were extremely nice and helpful, spoke all the possible languages, very responsive, attentive. The room was as expected, clean, had some old furniture that resembled vintage furniture, which was a nice touch. The location especially was great, very close to the train station and 8 min away from Flix bus station. It is in the center so very convenient. The price could have been a bit lower but considering the time of the year and the rest, it was fine.

central and convenient location in the city centre. basic but clean rooms ( no view at all on the back side). not the friendliest receptionist in town I'd say. strange feeling of an old a bit run down place. too expensive {65€}

Excellent budget hotel in centric spot of Porto, old hotel, but everything working fine to acommodate you for few days. Some reviews said small rooms, however will be fine for 2 or even 3 (there are 3 beds)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
