Great location with big room The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to public transportation that made it effortless to explore the city. The staff were incredibly accommodating and allowed me to check in an hour earlier than the scheduled time, which was greatly appreciated after a long journey. Upon entering my room, I was pleasantly surprised by its spaciousness and the fact that it had not one, but two bathrooms. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great location near public transportation, spacious rooms with multiple bathrooms, and excellent service. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a memorable stay. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to the city.

Great location, close to the train Central and very walkable places. The room was big and a great view, the shower had a fishy smell and the counter had seen too many soaps left behind (is a black counter). It is a basic hotel. With a young staff speaking more between them than connecting with the customer to be seen relatable. Still, they did the work. It is an okay hotel. The view from the balcony is amazing to bad there are no chairs, probably for security reasons. Still the part I enjoyed the most

Hotel basic. Air conditioning didn’t work for the first two days. Asked multiple times for it to be fixed or to change rooms and neither happened for 24 hours+. Eventually after our persistence the maintenance engineer came to the room and fixed it in 5 minutes. No ventilation in any of the bathrooms so very difficult to get ready in the mirrors etc. Only 1 free bottle of water provided the rest is charged.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Milanese Glam hotel, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The hotel boasts a fantastic location right across from the Central Station and within easy reach of the Metro, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. Moreover, the proximity to a multitude of shops and restaurants adds to the allure of this location. The check-in staff were warm and welcoming, setting a positive tone for the stay. What truly stood out was the surprising tranquility within the hotel, considering its bustling surroundings. This allowed for a restful night's sleep in the comfortable bed and a refreshing shower. One of the hotel's strong suits is its elegant design, which exudes sophistication and modernity. The Milanese Glam hotel is a visual delight, reflecting its name perfectly. The aesthetics of the hotel contribute to a truly pleasing ambiance that enhances the overall guest experience. However, like most places, there were a few minor drawbacks. During peak hours, the wait times at the reception desk and for the lifts can be somewhat lengthy, which may test your patience. Additionally, I was disappointed to find the bar open but unattended, which prompted my departure. The breakfast room, while offering good-quality breakfast, is small and often crowded. Lastly, the pricing is on the higher side, and it's a bit disappointing that breakfast isn't included in the rates, given the cost. In conclusion, Milanese Glam is an excellent choice for those who prioritize convenience and style in their accommodations. Its unbeatable location next to major transportation hubs is a strong selling point, and despite a few minor hiccups, I would gladly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers looking to explore Milan while staying in comfort and style.

Great hotel with fancy decor, view from room was great and location so close to train station. Breakfast buffet was good value and good selections of fresh food. My only gripe was receptionist while checking out wasn’t the friendliest, otherwise would be 5*’s. Room was clean and breakfast staff helpful and pleasant.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
