The room was quite small, but clean and warm, bed comfortable and bathroom also clean. Very friendly stuff, nice breakfast buffet. The only thing that surprised me was that you have to go to the bar to get tea bags. Why not place them near the coffee machine? It is close to main railway station, there are a lot of cheap Turkish eats in this neighborhood, because it is the main national group in this area. It can be sometimes dirty and loud in the streets around.

What follows is just my personal opinion from my own experience: I felt this hotel was way overpriced. Cramped, hot room that smelled of cigarettes, toilet that didn't finish properly, shower that was difficult to close. Whole place felt a bit dingey and worn. Coffee at breakfast is terrible. Staff were friendly though, and it's well situated.

Avoid at all cost!! Worst staff and service ever! Always try to ask for more money. Tiny room and not clean. Staff claimed that it's a double room but it's a single bed with single blanket and 1 pillow!! Did not response to request change to proper double room (only ask for more money). Whole hotel + room full of smoke smell. The only window that can be opened for fresh air is facing the balcony that people smoke on. Shower leaks water into the whole room. Walls very thin and you can hear everything from outside the door or in another room. Location in a dodgy zone, very unsafe.

Friendly, well-mannered service. Ready to help whereever they can. Decent 3-guest room, clean enough for a short visit. Rooms are cleaned every day. Very friendly owner, gave me a cigar! Location is perfect if you're going for Oktoberfest; far away enough not to hear the noise, close-by enough to walk back drunk.

Nice hotel. The rooms were fine but could be a bit bigger. The breakfast was good as well. The hotel is located close to the city center and the railway station. Because of the latest the neighborhood is a bit dirty.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
