        If I could zero stars I would!! Save your money and do NOT stay here. The location is terrible; there is nothing to do in the area and it’s almost a half hour bus ride into the city centre. The manager is super mean and yells loudly. They purposely over charge on the tourist city tax. Only adults are supposed be charged per night but charged our two kids as well. Luckily I caught this and came back for the refund and at least they were compliant. However he was definitely aware of their actions and that they were scamming us out of 30+ euros. Lastly the rooms are awful. The doors don’t even fully close (you could literally see shadows of people passing by) and the walls were so thin we could hear the people next door coming home at 3 am everyday. Plus the air ventilation in our bathroom never even worked. We did not want to be berated by the manager so we did not bring up this issue during our stay. Safe to say our trip to Milan was awful because of this hotel. I would 100% not recommend.

        We stayed 2 nights, had very quick late check in (at 01:15), all guys from desk were great! We got very big room, clean, full of mirrors with nice view. Bathrom is adapted to disabled persons. Bus station that leads to central station is 100m from hotel. From hotel to center you can go by other bus (6min walk to station + 20 min ride), or by metro (5min from hotel + 15min ride). Bad thing were that room has only one small radiator, it was not adjusted when we came so it was cold at first. Bathroom has no warming at all. We took blankets from closet but they smelled bad, I hope they will wash them soon. It is strange since they take care and clean every day and change towels. Anyway it was good experience 😊

        The room was clean but very small, with uncomfortable beds! The reception staff member was rude when we wanted to leave our bags until the room was ready- I was not allowed to change my clothes in the bathroom (we'd just gotten off a 30 hour transit) or charge my phone. Although the hotel was walking distance to the metro, there wasn't much happening in the area and we would stay in a different neighborhood next time.

        This is a great hotel for the price. We paid only 45 +8(tax) for this huge room. It was very clean and the views are also decent. I saw many bad reviews about this hotel on google map but luckily we didn’t face any of that. The guy on the reception was also very nice. He gave us a map of Milan and show us all the nearest publications transport options to the historic places. The nearest bus stop is 5 minutes walk and there is also a metro in 8 minutes walk. It is a great location if you are coming from the Linate airport. Overall we really enjoyed our stay in this hotel

        Very friendly staff, we arrived late, they kindly welcomed and accommodated us, directed us to everything on the map, what to see and visit. Clean rooms, everything available, quiet and peaceful area.
