The location is right near the MRT exit (2 min walk). 3 convenience stores surround the hotel and a famous Japanese ramen store is at the back. Clean, courteous, and friendly staff. Made me feel at ease during check-in and any queries. My room was spotless. Neat and tidy. Has a wet and dry area partitioned by a sliding door. No drawers or wardrobe for clothes but some hangers allowed us to hang items. Loved that the WC and bathing area were separate rooms. The sink was also tastefully designed right outside the shower area. The bed was cozy with typical quality hotel linens. Would be back and would highly recommend it!

First time traveling to Taipei and first time flying for my gf since the pandemic and this just provided a place of rest - didn't have to worry about anything when we were here. The included breakfast buffet was great with plenty of delicious selections. All staff interactions were pleasant and everyone was cool. Location was central enough for our purposes; there's a blue and orange line station sub-5 minute walk from the hotel too. Would definitely consider this place again when I return and wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking!

Overall it was a really nice experience staying in this hotel. The room was small (as expected from a Japanese group hotel) but very tidy and clean. All the necessities were provided. The front desk was really helpful. The hotel breakfast was really great - nice value with good range of choices. The location of this hotel was really nice as well - 2 mins to metro and next to several major spots. Highly recommended.

1) There is only one short metal rod on the bathroom door for hanging wet towel or clothes. I suggest that you add a Retractable Clothesline (see photo attached) in the bathroom for our convenience. 2) There are two cups with the same size and colour in the room. I suggest that you change one cup in the room that looks different so that I can tell easily which is my cup. 3) We didn't ask you to clean our room as we only stayed three nights in your hotel, but you only gave us clean towels once. Shouldn't it be twice? We came back late last night so we didn't bother to ask for it.

Nice location extremely near our event venue (Huashan 1914 park). Hotel is very new. Checkin process is simple and well service. Room is very clean with nice bathroom separate from toilet. It comes with nice window that is a premium compared to cheaper Taipei hotels. Free big bottle of water that you can pick daily.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
