What a lovely boutique hotel; close enough to the Duomo and all the city sights, yet located on a quiet side street. The rooms are large and immaculate, with multiple amenities. The reception staff is warm and welcoming, with personalized service to any questions/requests. The buffet breakfast is hearty and the evening aperitif is served in the small lobby bar which encourages conversation amongst other visitors and travelers. I highly recommend the hotel and hope to re-book again soon!

Hospitality and comfort are second to none. So many small touches like inclusive soft drinks, evening bar reception with snacks, large and varied fresh breakfast. The rooms are very comfortable, freshly decorated and clean. Every conceivable supplement can be found in your room and the bed is very comfortable. We felt like we were staying with family. Most enjoyable stay in a stunning part of the city.

Gran Duca Di York is an absolutely perfect place to stay in Milan. It’s close to the duomo and lots of shopping. Walking distance to the river as well. But, it’s tucked away in a quiet corner. They offer happy hour with a couple choices of good wine. Breakfast is decent. Rooms are small, but very comfortable with everything you need.

This hotel is very centrally located, just 5 minute walk from Duomo. There was a free soft drink mini bar that was replenished every day and there was a free drink every night between 6 and 8pm at the bar which was a nice touch. The breakfast was fantastic, with a vast choice.

The rooms are simple but the amenities are excellent. So many thoughtful touches like slippers, free mini bar in the room, and free welcome drink. And the breakfast was amazing! Great selection and very fresh. There is AC in the rooms and the location is very central. Wonderful value for the money; I’m surprised it’s not always fully booked!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
