The hotel's location is its best asset. Conveniently situated near Metro station Legazpi provides easy access to city centre (4-5 stops on line 3) to popular attractions and restaurants. However, once inside, the charm wanes. The interior of the hotel appears quite outdated, giving off a slightly worn and tired vibe. Our room, in particular, was disappointingly small, making it feel cramped and uncomfortable. The cleanliness of the accommodation left a lot to be desired, particularly in the bathroom. The broken shower door and traces of mold were disconcerting, raising concerns about the maintenance standards of the hotel. This aspect significantly detracted from the overall comfort and hygiene of the stay. The breakfast offered at the hotel lacked variety and richness in selection. While the basics were covered, the absence of a diverse spread left me wanting more options to kick-start my day. It's an area where the hotel could certainly improve to enhance the overall guest experience. Hotel hotel staff was friendly and warmth. From check-in to check-out, they were accommodating and eager to assist.

The room was not soundproof AT ALL, so you really heard everything in the rooms around you and hallway at all times! And there was also a COCKROACHE here! We only saw(and killed!) one, but most likely to be more.. The only GOOD thing here, and the only 1 of 2 reason for not giving 1 star, is that the bed was quite comfertable! But also quite noisy/squeeky!😏 Location also is good though, close to many things! And only a 20 minute bus trip to the sentrum of Madrid, from literally right outside the doors of the hotel! But i believe there is better standard hotels around in that area that is more worth your money!

Stayed here for a few days whilst visiting Madrid. Lovely hotel with nice staff. I find the parking a bit expensive (30 euro for only under 2 days) but it was secure and well looked after. The room was nice with a good view of the rooftops of other properties in Madrid. Central location and was easy to get around to other places. Very cheap and I will love to stay here again.
