The location is perfect! Center of the Kyoto shopping district and central market. The entrance is on the side road. Amenities are great, their Public baths (onsens) are great. If you have a tattoo, just be sure to use the nude-color tape the hotel provides. Hotel provided breakfast is also delicious with options for either a Japanese or Western style breakfast.

Super upscale hotel in the heart of Kyoto. Ultra modern design and comfortable bed. Two amazing highlights for myself were the shower (you will not be disappointed) and the five star breakfast (go early they will run out) staff were super helpful and friendly. I will stay there again.

The rooms have such potential, beautiful details, but the cleaning service is just so... so bad. I asked for my room to be cleaned each day and yet: long stray hairs left everywhere, air conditioner filter looks like it's never cleaned (which may explain why my son and I have been dizzy when in the room, poor air flow?), shower not clean, not vacuumed properly (corners and under furniture are completely neglected), I could go on. I paid a lot of money that I saved up for a long time for this stay, so to say I'm disappointed in the lack of cleanliness is an understatement. Edited to add that I never write bad reviews. I usually don't bother as it's a waste of my emotional energy, but I've been concerned about my son and I breathing in that air and also the dust behind the fridge which gets very hot - fire hazard? I feel it's a health and safety issue that needs to be addressed.

The amenities were great and the breakfast was very large. The onsen was nice after a long day of walking. My husband has a tattoo and they provided tape for him to cover it so he could use the onsen too, which was very accommodating. Unfortunately the room smelt like mould to me and I was very sensitive to the smell of the mould but my husband could not smell it. I forgot to tell the reception about the mould smell, but the staff were very helpful with other things. I am sure if I told them they would’ve tried to help!

Great location in middle of everything. Stayed one night so didn’t use most services. Held luggage before check in as we arrived early and after check out so we could see sights prior to leaving city. Were friendly

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
