Location is quite central. Staff could be a bit more welcoming. Rooms need a bit of cleaning, although they are spacious. No tea in the room, just some horrible coffee. No luggage facilities, even for a couple if hours. They send you to the central train station lockers 🙄

Rooms are dirty, out first room was filthy with multiple hairs in the beds etc. We were given a differnt room that was exactly the same. Going back, the receptionist showed me to another 3 rooms, all three had hairs in the beds etc. The floor looks like it's never been cleaned, the bathroom tub hadn't been cleaned. Bed bug eggs in the rooms, on asking for refund I was told they'd keep showing me rooms and it wouldn't be given. I booked on booking.com. Avoid at all costs, check my previous reviews, this is the worst place I've ever stayed and is a verified stay.

Such a pleasant place to stay at! This hotel is clean, offers the most best service and is located in a very nice place. Everything is nearby. The rooms are very well structured. Strongly recommended!!

The hotel rooms were not the cleanest but was manageable for the night. The rooms seems a little dusty like they had not cleaned the rooms in a while. One has to also pay a deposit of 10€ is they want to use the elevator(they get the deposit back after checkout). I paid the amount of the hotel using PayPal through their own website, but I was told at the the time of check-in that the amount was not paid even though I have received the booking confirms email and amount being deducted through PayPal . I Had to pay again using a different card. I have contacted the owner though PayPal but I haven’t received any response after 3 days. I will edit the response again depending on the situation. Edit1. After multiple calls and emails I finally got the refund after 1month. This amount was sent through PayPal and I was again charged the fee. Utterly ridiculous how the fault of their employee forced me to pay twice for the same room and then once the refund was issued, I was charged again money. No replies from the hotel after the refund issue. Basically getting punished for no fault of my own. I will not recommend this hotel at all. If anybody wants their peace of mind better spend a few euros more and find a better place. Would of given zero stars if it allowed it

DO NOT BOOK only good thing about this place is location. place is loud, not comfortable. requested new towels from front desk but he refused as there were “no more”, gave me attitude even though i asked nicely. there is NO WIFI beyond 2nd floor, different front desk personnel stated she will figure it out, never got back to it. room was dusty and there were toenails on the dresser.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
