Lovely hotel and a superb staff. Front desk, cleaning ladies. Loved our open floor plan suite with kitchen and dining room living room all one, and then you step onto the balcony to gaze at the sea. Kitchen was sufficient to cook proper meals. Overlooking the sea from the rooftop pool was pretty special as well. Nothing between us and the water but greenery, no buildings blocking views. Personally I’d put more plants on that beautiful rooftop, but as. It was, just fine, and we enjoyed it as well Location is perfect, close to 5th Ave and it’s just a lovely walkable or biking town.

We reserved and paid, in February 2023, for a 4 week stay for late December 2023. Just 48 hours before our check in time, our reservation was canceled with no reason given. We already had our flights from Toronto booked as well as our airport parking. As this was high season in Playa del Carmen, our choices were limited. We ended up staying in a much busier area that was closer to the beach and shopping for necessities, but it came at the cost of sleep. After all it is Playa during the high season. This establishment has a history of canceling reservations last minute. We thought our reservation might have been an exception because we prepaid. Sadly, no. If you want to be a victim and have your vacation plans tossed in a blender, then go ahead and throw the dice and book a stay with the GRAND SHIFTY CREEPS!! And a special shout out to Expedia, who did absolutely nothing to help us out.

We had a large room complete with a large fridge and small area for preparing food, though we didn't end up using it. Man at the front desk was able to act as a translator when our pizza delivery had trouble finding the address. He was very patient and helpful. Breakfast is not included but we felt it was great value and quality for the price we paid.

Welcome to the third world! The good: The hotel itself is nice. The room was large, and the breakfast was decent. The ugly: We stayed here for one week. I was told via messenger that they have cribs available for our baby to sleep in. Upon arrival, there was no crib, and the receptionist said they do not offer cribs. I pulled up the messages, and the manager came out and said we have them just not for you. I asked the charge to my card to be canceled, and the manager said it was "impossible." Needless to say, we spent the first night of our vacation staying awake and holding our baby since we had no crib. They offered airport transportation. They gave me a number to text, and they claimed they were associated with the hotel. Their "guest rate" to get to the airport was 300 pesos higher than an official cab. The pool was very dirty. The hotel is near a lot of attractions, but is in a shady part of town, so stay at your own risk.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
