THERE IS NOTHING GRAND ABOUT THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!!!!!!! When checking out review your charges VERY CARFULLY!!! Was charged for items never order and other patrons charges were on our bill took an hour to check out Food was fair and highly priced for Vietnam. DRINKS were $7.00 plus when across the street were 1 or 2 American dollars Pool was nice BUT service was terrible like they were doing us a favor to wait on us The hotel the MIST right across the street had MUCH better, food Great rooftop bar and was half the price, This hotel is living on Their past, MUCH better hotels within walking distance

The location is great and the rooms are comfortable. The pool is mostly shaded and the air conditioning in the gym is poor, making it difficult to do a work out. I was very disappointed to be charged for a very small amount of milk to enable me to have a cup of tea in my room as there is no milk provided. The fee was only 36000 vnd but i would not expect to be charged in a 5 star hotel for a tiny amount of milk. It was literally enough for 1 small cip of tea. For me it's a matter of principle.

You can't beat the location. Nearby to many interesting places. The room is bigger than average. The breakfast options are just beyond imagination. None of the food fails me. Outside the hotels got many local coffee shops. Highly recommend to try them all.

After 3 weeks of travelling around Vietnam we wanted to to indulge in a bit of luxury. We managed to book a room with an extra bed (as travelling with our 19yr old daughter); 3 bed rooms are not easy to find. The room was very nice and clean and our daughter enjoyed the massive breakfast buffet and the pool. We all enjoyed cocktails (lucky we arrived for happy hour) on the top floor with gorgeous views over the river and city. We had a late flight the next day and the hotel allowed an half hour extension to our checkout plus stored our luggage until we left around 6pm.

Generally everything was fine - reception staff were helpful and Trainee 4 was very good! The hotel is really starting to look very warm and in some spots dirty. The pool staff were pretty rude as was the welcomer at breakfast. Egg and noodle station staff were rude and don’t know how to make an omelette. The room was very nice ( old dirty kettle) but that was all. Unused parts of the hotel really make it feel unloved and needs a lobby bar to be true 5 star

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
