Best people. Clean, neat rooms. Mr. Lil at reception will see to it you get the best services you want. Mr. Sangharsh and Mr. Rohit took care of our appetite. Overall a good experience. Best location to visit Pashupatinath temple. It's walking distance. Thank you guys.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at these hotel during a short vacation trip, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in several ways. First and foremost, the hotel staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. From the moment I stepped into the lobby until the day of my departure, they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and hassle-free. Their friendly demeanor and eagerness to assist truly made a positive impact on my overall experience. The room was clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly spacious for a three-star hotel. The bed was comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep each night. The amenities provided were sufficient, and the complimentary toiletries were of decent quality. The hotel's location was also a major plus point. It was conveniently situated near the holy places like Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, Krishna Mandir , making it easy to explore nearby attractions and access public transportation. Additionally, the surrounding neighborhood felt safe, and I had no issues walking around, even during late hours. While the hotel's restaurant offerings were limited compared to higher-star establishments, the breakfast served was delicious and offered a decent variety of options to start the day off right.

It's average hotel but good for pashupatinath visit

It's a new hotel walking distance from Famous Pashupati temple and around 2 km from airport. One can see the aircraft take off from room. Food is amazing and delicious.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
