        This is a very good basic hotel just a short walk from the city centre. The rooms are very modern and clean. The bathroom was very large for this range of hotel. Check in was quick and the staff offered help to get around Porto and also provided a map. The location is fantastic near the centre but not in the most touristy area se you will find better restaurants.

        Absolutely disgusting hotel, in a really rough area of porto. I ended up checking out and booking a new hotel. There are homeless people constantly coming into the hotel, and someone even came into our room (which was the tipping point) This is more of a squat than a hotel. Do not come here

        Didn't have the chance to enjoy my stay as the hotel unilaterally cancelled all the bookings for 12 people. Room by room until only one was left. And all this happened the week of our scheduled stay in spite of the fact that all rooms had been booked months in advance. They allege is because of a problem. My guess is they just wanted to get the most out of the surge in demand due to Primavera Sound Festival. Completely unacceptable.

        This is a very good basic hotel just a short walk from the city centre. The rooms are very modern and clean. The bathroom was very large for this range of hotel. Check in was quick and the staff offered help to get around Porto and also provided a map. The location is fantastic near the centre but not in the most touristy area se you will find better restaurants.

        Had bed bugs, was disgusting and I would never stay here again - spend more and stay closer to the centre … would leave 0 stars if I could because the guy was so rude and dismissive after showing him multiple times that there was a problem
