I used it on December 22nd. This is room 405. The TV could not be used unless it was restarted, so we had to ask an employee to help us. Also, Wi-Fi was not available in the room concerned, nor was it available in other rooms. The TV in the bathroom didn't turn on at all... In this room, the door next door seems to be a passageway for employees, and every time I pass by, the sound of the door creaking echoes right next to the wall. It wasn't a very relaxing room.

Although it is a little far from the station, the rooms are clean because they have been renovated. There is a big TV in the bathroom, but does it get in the way? The bed is big and I'm glad that there is a water server, but the room feels small.

Use the photos from the official website. It's clean as it has just been renovated, but the interior is small. Since there is a water server and air purifier, it still feels small. The bath was not very large and the TV in the bath was out of order. There are soft mats available, but are they practical? zero. Card keys are used, but you have to pay in advance and it's a little difficult to understand how to use them. Please note that the prices are quite high compared to nearby love hotels.

If you check in after 10pm, you can relax until 2pm. The standard fare is around 6,000 to 8,000 yen on weekdays. The room was extremely clean and amazing. It is fully equipped with a sofa and table, and is of perfect size. Best of all, the bed is big and wonderful. There is a free drink bar next to the front desk on the first floor, but there are no drinks that you would want to pour yourself a drink. I was a little dissatisfied with the fact that the soundproofing was not good enough, and I could hear conversations between foreigners cleaning in the morning.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
