In conclusion, I was very impressed with the quality of the product in this price range. I will use it again. ■Fees I stayed on a Friday night and the price was just under 8,000 yen. ■Room It's spacious and beautiful. Both the bath and sink are spacious and clean. ■Amenities I had almost everything, but below are the details as best I can remember. *Basic items are omitted. ・About 3 pieces of rubber ・Disposable lotion ・Pet bottled water ・Dryer, iron ・Mouthwash *The woman at the reception? He had such a bad attitude that I laughed. You can't expect hospitality from the receptionist at a love hotel, but taking this into consideration, I give the service a 4.

There is a parking lot and convenient access to Maihama and Ginza. The room is clean, spacious, and has all the amenities. The TV in the room is large, and all rooms have a TV in the bathroom as well. There was a wide variety of food to order and it was very delicious.

I stayed here on December 23rd last year. Since it was the busy season, it seemed like the room wasn't kept well-cleaned, so the bathroom was always wet and the slippers in the bathroom were also wet for some reason, so I felt it was a bit filthy. Also, since all rooms are equipped with Blu-ray players, I brought along a Blu-ray Disc. First of all, the connection to the TV was not working properly, and the remote control did not respond. After that, a staff member came to the room and reconnected the terminal, and the connection to the TV went smoothly. After that was the problem. The disc I brought with me was not compatible. The staff member who came to my room was very kind and polite, and said something like, ``I'll see if there's another machine available,'' and then left the room. Afterwards, someone called me in my room and asked me in a very unpleasant voice, ``I can't do it if that message appears.Do you have any idea?'' They told me that they couldn't play it because I had brought a pirated copy. Of course it's a genuine product, and I can play it on my Blu-ray player at home without any problems. I know that this player is no longer in production and that some discs are not compatible with it, but I thought that the phone support was not very good. The gap between us and the staff who came to our room was terrible. I wish they would have just told me something like, ``It seems like it's not compatible with the player I'm using, so I can't play it.'' If the room is of a higher grade, will it be a newer model? I would like to know.

Used several times during service time The room had a gorgeous feel and was supposed to be spacious, but the bed was so big that it felt small. It may vary depending on the room. If you make an online reservation, you can have two men and one woman, but if you go without making a reservation, you will be told no, so there is no sense of uniformity.

I stayed there the other day. Arrived around 9:30pm on the weekend. The front desk was crowded. I was informed of the room as soon as it became available at 🈵. I was able to enter the room immediately. It's been a while since last time, but I think this is my third time using it. As others have written, the cleaning is not done properly. There was pubic hair and hair in the bathtub. There was a clump of women's long hair in the drain. There was a lot of mold growing around the edge of the TV. The room cost 15,800 yen, but it was very small and the bathroom was small. Both the male and female receptionists were cold. The woman who delivered the food was also unfriendly. The next day, I could hear the loud voices of the staff cleaning the room, laughing and shouting. I was wondering if it was okay to sleep on the bed because the cleaning wasn't done properly. I couldn't sleep properly. I had a better room before. I had the impression that it was a good hotel. I won't go there again. I also try to avoid affiliated hotels.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
