Great stay! I was there some nights the end of November 2023 11/28-30/2023 and the hotel was clean, staff was nice and breakfast was great! I loved the gourmet coffee machine! Simon and all the staff was helpful! I look forward to staying there again!

The rooms didn't quite match the pictures provided, which was a bit disappointing. However, my experience was salvaged by the exceptional service from Manager Vito. His understanding nature, pleasant communication, and attentiveness to customers' needs truly stood out. A big thank you to Vito for his professionalism and dedication. All the best to him!

One of the worst experiences ever. The room is nothing like shown in the pictures. It is dirty and nobody cleans properly. The hairdryer is broken and although we were informed that it would be fixed during our stay, they didn't do anything about it. The air-conditioning is awful. It is loud and doesn't emit heat whatsoever. The only good thing about it is the breakfast, which is nothing special but at least it's passable.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Some building work is happening at the back of the hotel with loud machines starting sharp at 8 am on weekdays. Simple but good breakfast available daily. Roof terrace opens a few hours in the evening with far views of Rome. Vatican is 15 min walk from the hotel. Few good restaurants in the area.

Great staff, our room had an air con issue but they got it fixed as quickly as they could. Great location, close to restaurants and super close to the Vatican, such an easy walk. Pretty good breakfasts too.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
