Dark, gloomy room with bad smell. Windows shutters were broken (window on garden side). Another window which you can’t keep open, due to fact, that anyone can easy go inside your room from the balcony and take whatever they want. Tiny showers, extra payments for the air conditioner. One nice thing about hotel is distance from Milan Central Station.

We booked this last minute for a last minute trip but no wonder it was available and cheap because when you arrive the hotel looks really bad, we stayed there then my friend went to the toilet and she pressed the flush and the whole flush botton came off the wall..... Later that night my friend went to the bathroom and I heard a scream, I checked on her and there was Cockroaches on the floor. I personally will stay in a hotel like this again!! The staff was nice but terrible rooms. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere too no night life unless you take taxis or walk for 1 hour... I stayed in a lot of hostels and honestly a 20 euro hostel is 5 stars compared to this.

There is one nice thing about this place and it's the staff. The hotel is in an undesirable location, and looks very rough from the outside down a long driveway that veers off with undesirables nearby. Our room was located inside the reception area which is also the breakfast area. Our room was 2 metres away from the 24 hour reception desk where the staff talked all night long and mobile phones rang all night loudly while we a family of 4 listened to them all night. On the 2nd night at 2am I asked for them to please stop talking and they did however you shouldn't have to do this. It cost over $200 For 2 nights . Which isn't cheap enough for what you get. This is more of a boarding house than a hotel. Do not recommend.

Cheap hotel , not so friendly staff , too far away from central station. Room was not so neat . no kettle in the room . It was not quite in the night . AC was charged extra . Bed was not so comfortable. No lift was available in the building. Breakfast was just Ok for 3 euro. No glasses were provided in the room . Heater was on late at night . Will not suggest to anyone specially family with children due to stairs.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
