Our room facing the amazing view of Mount Fuji ❤️ Good variety of choice for buffet dinner & breakfast and very yummy (included in room price). Large Onsen. Outdoor onsen with the great view of Mount Fuji 🗻 Room is big enough to accommodate our family of 4 (13 y/o and above). Hotel room come with shower & bathtub which many Ryokan don't have. The only problem is location. It's actually besides the ropeway Ubako station but if ropeway stop operating (stop at 4:15pm everyday or close due to weather or maintenance) it's hard to get to the hotel without the private car. The only choice is bus. The stop is 8-10mins walk to hotel with very dark road without street lights. Other that that everything is perfect.

I stayed at Hotel Green Plaza in October 2023. The hotel is located far away from Odawara but is easy to get to via public transport. Large baggage would be difficult to manage on a trip to this hotel via public transport. I enjoyed the journey with my small backpack, though. Keep an eye on public transport timetables as Hakone is a daytime focused area. This hotel has a large buffet available for breakfast and dinner. However, the quality of food was not wonderful. It is a large canteen style. For the price, it was great value! The view from the room was the reason I stayed at this property and it was amazing to wake up to Mount Fuji at sunrise. The room was comfortable but old and not recently updated. The onsen facility was similar.

we stayed for one night here in an asian twin room with an open air bath and it was beautiful, amazing, perfect and more. the dinner and breakfast buffets were both top notch with great options and don’t even get me started on our lovely room! comfiest bed and pillows of all time and the hot spring was outstanding. highly recommend and will definitely be back!

One of the best location in Fuji and very easy to find the hotel as it is near by the Ropeway station. Me and My family booked the room as the Japanese style. I love them so much and make me feel that I have turned my time to Doraemon movie. I love the dinner buffet very delicious and staff are very good. But I m so sad that we didnt try the breakfast at yoyr hotel due to a rush hour to catch the train to Kyoto. Hope I will definitely come back.

Had a room with Fuji view, highly recommend. Room was simple, but very hot and uncomfortable as aircon didn’t work. Unfortunately due to having tattoos, weren’t able to use onsen, however still had to pay for facility which was a little bummer. Buffet dinner was good. Location great for the rope climb and bus routes

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
