        Would not recommend, ac/heater did not work, loud at night but couldn’t close the window cause the ac didn’t work. Rooms need to be updated, we did not get the room we requested, breakfast was very minimal. We got a bad vibe and presence from the room itself. Don’t recommend, plenty of other hotels down the street that look more nicer and less suspicious.

        Lovely hotel experience. Sema the receptionist was very helpful and sweet. Street noise wasn’t as bad but stay was great overall! Breakfast was okay as well. Good hotel! Will come back!

        The neighbourhood, room (#603), breakfast and the hospitality was great. Our stay was hassle-free, and satisfying. The room was cleaned, towels replaced and bed made while we were away exploring the city which was to our liking. Room and bath was a little tight but managable. Their online service Is amazing and innovative, you can order food and purchase basic personal care necessities including clothing and innerwears which is very convenient. The reception was always ready to help and polite. The breakfast had great variety and the cook was really inviting and warm. Certainly a hotel-option we would re-book. They did not replenish the water bottles and coffee satchets, or body wash in the shower area. This did not bother us much but we believe these are something they ought to replenish as part of housekeeping service. The bathroom was a little too tight but not to the point to being inconvenient unless you are big individual.

        It is a great hotel, we liked the quality of service, its cleanness and comfort. breakfast is very diverse, open buffet and high quality. the employees are very friendly and caring. Thanks Gritti Pera. I will always choose this hotel.

        First of all, hotel increase prices and then makes a “discount” to make everything look like a great deal. But it is not. What was good: location on a lovey street and warm and welcoming staff on reception. Room was ok. What was bad: - The lovely street was very loud every night at least till to 2am, it was almost impossible to sleep. - Most of the days the breakfast was poor comparing to other hotels for this price. - Room cleaning was done terribly, basically almost no cleaning and they didn’t even made beds properly.
