Perfect in every way. We arrived very early and our room was already done, we could check in instantly, saving us huge amount of waiting time. The staff is very helpful and tried to fulfill all our requests. The balcony view is amazing facing the river, plus we got to see some fireworks as well! The only thing to improve is wifi connection that sometimes get slow but most of the time works fine. Highly recommended :)

Good place to stay rooms are okay but customer service is worst i book a canal view room and when i reach there at night they told me it’s not available but they promised me next day we will shift you there but the next day receptionist was so rude and she refused to change my room and after some time she asked me to pay extra for that room and their behavior was rude and then I checked out and moved to other hotel

We stayed here from 26th Nov to 28th Nov 2022. Staying here made our Tblisi trip unpleasant. I would strongly suggest not booking your stay because of the following issues we faced in this hotel: 1) At check-in, the room wasn't prepared, and they provided dirty rooms, especially washrooms. 2) On Safety point of view, locking the room wasn't possible. 3) Lift issues: Because of that, we had to use stairs every time from the 5th floor. 4) The room telephone wasn't working even after asking them to fix it, which includes behavioral problems as well. 5) No kitchen availability, which is a big problem, especially for families with kids. Overall, I would say the reception staff was so arrogant, you'll not feel free to request anything, and services were even worse.

It was bad since the arriving, we came 2 hours after check in time and room wasn’t ready. When we came to a room we understood that in sewer wasn’t connected. There was mold on the walls of the room. Instead of double blanket we got single one. Staff was not nice and professional at all. Super far from center. Don’t go there if you want to have a good vacation.

Since I travelled with a well known tour company operating out of UAE, I did not choose GTM plaza. From the point we entered, it was downhill from there. The water did not work, room heater did not work (Especially important since it was 4-6 degree outside), they did not clean the room when we requested and finally all we asked for is fresh towels, they said they don't have any. Highly recommend you avoid this place.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
