The location is great, very near to Ueno station, but still felt quiet enough. The rooms and other facilities were clean and practical. Good cost performance ratio. Breakfast selection was not very extensive, but tasted good. Occasionally the wi-fi had some spottiness. Overall a very practical business hotel choice for the area.

Second time visit after 5 years. The hotel maintained well, with room slightly clamped which is typical for its location. Quite a bargain with free breakfast every day and the quality is good too.

Room is a bit larger than APA, I can actually open my luggage in the room. But the quality and details are not as good as APA, you can tell the cleaning in the room can be improved, there some some area I see dust. Breakfast is pretty bad, lots of bread but other than that nothing much to eat.

A great experience overall! Staff was pleasant and helpful. The hotel is located in a quiet business neighborhood but "downtown" Ueno is less than a 5 minute walk away along with the Ueno train station. Plenty of restaurants and bars around plus a large park and Buddhist temple nearby. The rooms are small but well appointed and laid out. I will definitely consider staying here again next time!

Very convenient for Ueno station. About 100m from the nearest entrance to the subway connecting Ueno main and Keisei Ueno stations and hence the Skyliner train to Narita airport, and the subway and Shinkansen to everywhere else. Rooms are small but adequate, very clean and comfortable, decent (compact) bathroom, good WiFi signal, safe, TV, fridge, coffee making etc. Relatively simple self-service breakfast. I have used it 3 times for a 1 night stop-over en route to the airport at the end of a working visit elsewhere. For that it is perfect. No bar or restaurant but there are loads in Ueno - I recommend the World End Irish pub for atmosphere and a good selection of drinks.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
