        BED BUGS We booked this property because it seemed to be the most convenient option near to the major sites. However, everything about this property is terrible. Our original room seemed adequate when we arrived however we soon realised the bed was covered in bed bugs. When we went to speak to the manager about this, he told us that there were no bed bugs in his motel and to show him proof, which we then told him to check the room. He told us nothing could be done and that he found no bed bugs, there was one last room available which he moved us to. This second room had no chain lock, the AC was broken, the toilet window would not close and backed onto a side street and due to the fact there was no lock, the janitor walked into our room at 9am the next morning uninvited disturbing us. After everything we cut our stay short from 3 days to 2 despite no chance of a refund from the manager. We spent the following 2 weeks washing and re washing our clothes and dealing with multiple bed bug bites during our travels. I would have given even some kudos if they hadn't lied about the bed bugs and offered some kind of refund for our last night but they clearly did not care. It is not worth the convenience of the location to deal with all that, not to mention the area itself does not feel safe. Do yourself a favour and pay a little extra to avoid this mess of a motel.

        You have an employee named Juan (although I don't believe that is his name) that works at the front desk, who is the rudest and most pathetic customer service agent I've EVER had to speak to. On 4/21/23, I received a call from a friend who was staying at your hotel on Sunset Blvd. She was in distress and needed help. I don't live in LosAngeles, so I called your front desk to have a wellness check done at her room. Juan answered the phone, and after I explained what the situation was, he said, "So what do you want me to do about it?" I again ask him to simply do a wellness check, and when I told him what room it was, he suddenly remembered he had actually spoken to my friend because she had come down to the front desk and asked him to call 911. He refused and told her, "You have your phone. You call!" She explained she was unable to use her phone at the time and just needed somebody to call 911. He basically blew her off and did not call 911. "Juan" should NOT be working in a customer service field. His condescending attitude and lack of empathy put somebody's life in danger.

        The room was dirty, the AC made a lot of noise and so did the fan at the bathroom. The pool was a the parking lot , with a lot of traffic outside. But the location was good, a couple of blocks from Walk of fame, close to IHOP, in n out burger etc.

        This hotel was just… terrible. Our “non smoking” room smelled like a cheap cigar lounge. The carpet was stained and so dirty that I wouldn’t remove my shoes in the room. The toilet was busted, the sink was broken and caulked back together (not level in many parts). The floor hadn’t even been vacuumed. The bed at least looked neat and clean but we didn’t go under the covers. Parking was limited and there was no clear walkways, various tools and bags of half used concrete strewn about everywhere including right in front of our door. The ice machine took our money but gave no ice. The one saving grace at this hotel was the guy at the front counter was pleasant. Long story short, service was good, but overall the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in every other regard. I will never return.

        Oh my god. I can not express this enough, when I say do not go here. Vacationed here for 2 days with a family of 5, only good part was the fact that the walk of fame was relatively in near distance. Besides that, carpet was quite filthy, whole room smelled awful, and worse of all, the ceiling started to leak in the middle of the night??? Like tf?? Mold is most definitely somewhere up there. I suppose service was decently okay, some other guests are hella shady, overall not worth the money man there's other better hotel options in Hollywood.
